• “DARKOX” screws brand produced from two production lines with same high quality raw material & process depend on international standards, first one located in China and second one in Egypt.
• Our positive quality control philosophy is requisite and needs to be in place at every stage of the production for that the both  production line uses the same raw material from China or Taiwan. 
• Arguably the most important thing in our production lines for common screws is the quality of the raw material used, C1022 wire rod are the most commonly used base materials, with precise chemical composition and high quality of the annealing process, also we depend on our production on Moulds& modern machinery featuring good heat resistance and tight tolerances.
• We use modern heat treatment plant with precise temperature control to maintain hardness, and hence performance, of the finished product.
• We use in production of the “DARKOX” screws a very stable coating (Electro zinc plating /Chrome 3 micron), This offers 48-hour salt spray corrosion resistance, alternatively a phosphate coating is available.
• A final quality check be made prior to packaging the final product, by Sorting our product to remove swarf, impurities
• We packed in many strong customized boxes to avoid damage and wastage.
